Individual

Whatever your age, whatever your problem, we will listen with no judgment, un conditional positive regard, and with empathy for what you are going through. Sometimes just releasing your feelings is all that's needed, other times more intervention is required. We use many techniques including CBT and Person Centred approaches to help you move forward. Sometimes things can get too much, you are not alone, we are here and ready to listen.

Couples

.Ok so this picture is bliss, and that's how things can be again. You must have felt like this at some point right? But as time goes on, conflict can occur and guess what, it is completely normal. In fact most couples that work with their conflict to move forward find that talking in a structured environment can pave the way to future success and relative harmony. We consider conflict, separation, anger, resentment, sex, no sex, sex with other people to be the everyday. 

We often work with couples who have already separated but want to communicate in a more positive way.

Families & Young People

Having kids can be tough, from sleepless nights as babies, to teenagers testing the boundaries, you don't have to figure it out alone. Perhaps you are worried about a child, or a young person, perhaps conflict is ruining your relationships, or perhaps you can't communicate effectively any more. 

We have professionals who can work individually, as a group, or as a combination of both to bring harmony and happiness back to your household.
